How Losing Weight Works
Before I start on the different ways to lose weight, I would like to first explain how the process of losing weight works.
Losing weight occurs when you burn fat, which occurs when you have a calorie deficit. A calorie deficit refers to burning more calories than you consume, so that there is a deficit of calories, which is made up for with fats by your body. This is how one loses weight and fat.To achieve a calorie deficit, there are 2 ways.
The first way is to consume less calories. To do so, you can either eat foods that are lower in calories, or just eat less in general.
The second way is to burn more calories. This is the way that I prefer, and it is what I will be sharing with you today. To burn more calories, the easiest way is to boost your metabolism (The rate at which you burn calories) so that you constantly burn more calories.

Number 1 – HIIT Workouts
The first way to boost your metabolism is HIIT (High Intensity interval Training) workouts. HIIT workouts are basically workouts with varying intensities in between. An example of this is running at full speed for 30 seconds and then resting for 1 minute, and repeating that.
HIIT workouts have been proven to boost your metabolism for up to 36 hours after your workout, which means that unlike other workouts that only burn calories during the workout, HIIT workouts help you burn more calories for up to a day and a half after your workout. Number 2 – Eat The Right Foods
Certain foods can boost your metabolism naturally and help you burn more fat and calories consistently. By eating these foods you will be able to boost your metabolism effortlessly.
